Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the service lifecycle. You will be a primary point of contact after a move is booked, keeping communication timely, documenting every interaction in our CRM, and helping resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of the files on your desk and work well with sales, operations, and leadership to deliver a strong customer experience.
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with timely updates by phone, email, and other channels throughout pickup, transit, and delivery
- Document customer accounts and interactions accurately in the company CRM
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed, with a clear summary of the file
- Collaborate with sales and operations so customers receive consistent information
- Monitor response times and help the team meet quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Review customer feedback and flag recurring issues so we can improve the process
- Follow company policies, industry regulations, and customer service best practices
Qualifications
Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, call center operations, logistics, transportation, or a related industry
- Experience in the moving, transportation, logistics, or home services industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
