As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain the tools that keep our operations moving.
The Role
We are looking for an entry to mid-level developer who is ready to work in a modern stack. You’ll work across the board, from building sleek interfaces in React to managing backend logic in Python and Node.js. This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to solve problems and the support to grow your skills in cloud architecture and AI integration.
Compensation is $70,000–$90,000 per year. This is a salaried role with no equity.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Build and maintain web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js/Python for the backend
Data Management
- Work with MongoDB to keep data stored efficiently and accessible for reporting and operations
Cloud Deployment
- Help manage and scale our applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Google Cloud Run
AI Integration
- Assist in implementing AI-driven features to automate workflows and improve customer interactions
Optimization
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize code for speed, and contribute to code reviews
Technical Requirements
Languages
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python and JavaScript (Node.js)
Frontend
- Experience building functional UI components with React
Database
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB
Cloud
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Projects (Cloud Run experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
The Plus
- Interest or experience in AI/Machine Learning systems (API integrations, automation, and similar work)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software development (internships and personal projects count)
- A degree in Computer Science, a coding bootcamp certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- A problem-solver mindset. You enjoy digging into a challenge until you find a fix
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
